I created the first-ever retail and pop-up stores for Winky Lux — an emerging Gen Z/millennial digital beauty brand. Stores featured branded experiences, including selfie walls, to engage customers and provide tools to capture customer data. Stores were delivered from concept to opening in just five weeks, including recruiting talent. I still get excited when I think about signage being installed and our first shopping bags being delivered.
To advance needed infrastructure, I also built a company-wide training program that supported the organization’s rapid growth.
