I partnered with the Creative Director and Vice President of Design at LeSportsac to reinvigorate an iconic $300M global brand. I led initiatives to elevate brand experience, redesign stores, set new visual merchandising standards, update the company brand book and create digital brand archives. Seasonal concepts were supported with tooIs that could be applied globally in all store and window presentations. I recruited the first-ever Brand Board comprised of executive and senior team members to lead and execute key growth and branding initiatives.
